Our engine building is first class and we are capable of building any engine to customers specification

Cylinder head reconditioning and head skimming starts by sandblasting the cylinder head.

(we have only cleaned a small area to show you before and after)

We then pressure test the cylinder head so that we do not waste any time and customers money if the cylinder head has a possible internal crack

We then have the cylinder head skimmed and new hardened seats and valves are inserted.

The final stage is to fit the valve stem oil seals, fit the springs and valves and paint the cylinder head to your colour requirements
