"Full Servicing"
"The way our servicing works is as follows" We charge you a fixed price of £125 (£140 for Coopers) for the following to be replaced or serviced. Any additional work would not be carried out without the customers permission, therefore if you are not happy with what we have found or you require a second opinion then you only pay the standard fee. We will Stop the full service if we feel that after carrying out a full service on your Mini, the car would still be in a structural or dangerous condition. We would then inform you immediately and not charge you the full service fee.We would then show you in detail what we have found and a full report would be typed out and photographed if required (please note there would be a fee for this of £50). The reason for this is that you may have just bought the vehicle and you rquire this report for information or any claim. The other reason is that the vehicle might have been standing for some time and you would like to have a full list of what the vehicle requires for future work.
